What do I do about a cat who disturbs me and my partner during intimacy ?
I have a very friendly/clingy cat who craves attention and always jumps into the bed while me and my partner are being intimate . You set her down gently and she jumps right back onto the bed .
When I try putting her out of the room and closing the door , she scratches to be let in .
She pays her toys no attention and when i try feeding her canned wet food , she finishes it too quickly.
What to do ?

Your cat sounds absolutely lovely, but definitely high maintenance! LOL! She’s already gotten you trained to let her in whenever she whines and scratches so you just have to stay tough and not let her in. Everytime you let her in, you have rewarded her for scratching at the door! I know it’s frustrating, but stick to your guns. When you put her out keep her out. If she scratches, scold her but DON’T LET HER IN. Eventually, she will lose interest if you stay firm. Then when she is calm or has left the door, find her and reward her with love and affection. It’s tough, I know believe me, but persistence works. Good luck.

Shut her in a room away from your bedroom. Consider one of those videos for cats for her as a distraction. Then close the bedroom door so you can’t hear her if she begins scratching on the other door.
Throw her out the window. Just kidding.
But put her in a room that’s not connected to your room so you can’t hear her scratching. Give her food, though.
she is only jealous of the attention. cats love cardboard boxes. get one from shops, one big enough for her to play with a ball of tin foil. laundry basket size or even an empty laundry basket ( square type) put her in it , then the ball, flick it from corner to corner till she starts to play an leave her to it. she will play quietly, then fall asleep on it in the box?basket, while u do your thing. let me know if it works.
