What are your stands on the separation of church and state?
I am doing a position paper and I need to find opinions on my topic, "has the separation of church and state gone too far?" I would like to now opinions from both sides. an if u find any info that helps u answer please site the source so I can check it out.

The Second Amendment is a prohibition against the government not adopting a state religion. It has nothing to do with religions not using their influence to affect government, That is a corruption of the Constitution. In recent years, there has been a movement to remove all forms of religion from being mentioned in relation to government places. The problem with this is that, by following this approach, the government has adopted the religious belief of atheism.
I always say God first country second..And that is how I vote..
The way it was written is that the State shall not make religion a state religion. Other than that most of the complaints about it today are hogwash.

Yes…it has gone way to far. Freedom of religion is not freedom from religion…god has been involved with government and the people that run it since the beginning, but we do not establish a national religion.
Church and state should have ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with each other.
G`ovt should be run by what is right for the people, not how to control them.
