What are some good books that deal with the subjects of infidelity, jealousy, and insecurity in relationships?
My significant other and I are both dealing with feelings of insecurity and jealousy over one another, which automatically leads us to the subject of infidelity. Are there any spiritual or new age books that help with this subject? I’m not exactly interested in a religious point-of-view, but more of a self-help or psychological book that unravels the egotism behind these topics.

Books aren’t going to solve the problem… communication is. Stop looking for someone else’s idea of how your relationship can work, and start working it out with the other person in your relationship.
If there is insecurity, it means there’s not enough openness or trust. If there’s no trust, there is no relationship.
TALKING. I know it’s scary, being male and all… but if you want your woman to trust you, and you want to trust her, a good, honest conversation, where there is a no-judgement rule, where cricitism can me made without defensive responses and where insecurities can be aired.
The rule of thumb is this: If you don’t trust your companion, is it because of their behaviour and actions, or is it just your own guilt talking, projecting onto them?
If you want to salvage your relationship, Amazon.com isn’t going to do it for you.

It’s a place to start. there is a reason we are attracted to these kinds of people and it is abusive both ways.
