Is a "corroborative witness" needed at the court hearing for a no-fault voluntary separation divorce in Massachusettes?

They told Me it happens a lot where some marry just free ticket in to the USA and for money only but not saying all will just they want Me be careful. I own My own home and My x wife try to divorce Me and take My home but lucky for Me it was in My fathers name. I not told My girlfriend anything about what I have or own but My family just want Me play it safe. How would I go about getting a prenuptial and someone told Me that I need a witness who knows Me and I was thinking what about her if she needs one but not know any one in USA. I not sure Yet but just asking if anyone know or even did this before. If ever marred a Filipino girl and what are the warring signs. I know if You love someone then You should trust that person but I work in a hospital and know people who got sick in the head and change a lot so its just I doing this for safety. If anyone can help I will be so grateful

How does a restraining order work?

Do you need to have a witness or witnesses present when police arrive, in order to prove that the person violated your restraining order against them. Or do you just have to tell the police that they violated it in order for an arrest to be made?

My father just died and my stepmother locked me out of his house and his life. He has several real estate properties and a company.
I have the original will that states I am the executor of will. Though the will was never filed with the courts and it does not have her name on it. It is notarized, has two witness signatures and the attorney name whom drafted the will (he is now deceased too)
I also have a copy of their prenuptial agreement. This was found online through the county clerks office, so it is filed. On the prenuptial she signed over her rights to own anything.
My stepmother doesn’t know that I have or know about either one of these documents and I have not told her.
My question is how do I enforce a prenuptial agreement and kick her out of the house?
How can I put a stop to her accessing his company bank accounts? And if she took anything out of them can she be required by law to return the money?
I’m outraged to see everything my father work for go down the drain.

I have a lawyer (not actual lawyer yet but handles divorce cases) and we finally have a hearing set. My spouse will not be there as he lives on the other side of the country. We had nothing when we got married and have nothing now, no fighting over anything. Court makes me so nervous and fumbling for some reason :( can anyone tell me what to expect? What the judge will ask me personally or my witness? Or even how long it takes? Thanks

Is Obama correct to believe that another short speech will extracate him from 20 years of pastor Wright?
They are popping up like pop corn on MSNBC to give witness that they never heard this side of Wright in all the time they attend his services. And will Obama need a bigger bus for Wright?

I would like any information on my situation. My girlfriend is wanting to be with me and divorce her husband. She is pregnant with my child and wants us to be. She is a Jehovah’s witness and I can provide no answers to her. Her husband wants me to have nothing to do with it and that won’t happen. I have been studying on my own since we have been apart and would like some guidance on how we can make this right and the end result being us both happy in our faith with our new daughter.

Prenup for a common law relationship?

Can a prenup be legal for a commonlaw relationship? And if so can it just be an agreement signed by both of us, or signed by both of us and a witness, or should I ask a lawyer to do one?

Would it be able to be enforced if it wasn’t done by a lawyer?

Can a person take a witness like her brother to court or mediation to testify against the other parent? When can this happen and what kind of information can a witness say? Will they allow him to talk a lot or just answer questions? My husband’s ex wants to take her brother (her brother and my husband were friends) to testify against my husband. My husband didn’t know he could take witnesses and he might take one.. What is the procedure when using a witness? What should he do? Thank
