help me I need legal advice on my marriage?

I got married March 20th 2011, my husband has decided he does not want to be married as of this past Monday! After pleading multiple times to work it out and him repeating that he is done! I moved out on Tuesday, I ended up having to call the police to mediate, because as I was waiting for my family to come help me move, he proceeded to throw my things out on the lawn! Then wanted the keys and garage door opener to the house before I had all of my things and because I wouldn’t give them to him until I got all of my stuff, he blocked me from entering the home! Anyways I got most of my things that I need the rest are just things and I can live with out!

Anyways, here is my problem! We opened a joint savings account for the money that we got as a wedding gift, we decided to put the majority of it into a CD and have only a little bit be in the savings account! Well the bank lady that opened the accounts put the savings account into both of our names, but the CD was put into his name! This all took place on the same day and time!
I have spoken to the bank and got them to agree to send me the copy of the deposits and checks, for proof! He has also took all of the savings! Like I said was not very much!

Also I paid half of the rent which my half was 700.00 for the month of may!

I would like to know if I can get part of the rent back for this month since I only was there 10 days out of the month! I paid him the half of the rent and I am not on the lease!

So what should I do! Should I try to get any of this money back! How should I go about doing this without going broke on attorney fees!

What are my rights? I live in Washington State (if that matters)

I live in florida and my child and her father lives in washington state, I have visitation rights but the father refuses to abide by them. I want to resolve this or try to outside of court. So I decided to first write a demand letter. I want it to be as professional as possible, so there is no dispute in what it says needs to be done.

Lets just say a prenuptial agreement was signed in Washington State (this is actually not for me believe it or not) . The husband is worth many millions, the wife none. They have 3 kids together. The husband has been caught cheating with girlfriends and even prostitutes. Is it possible to void the prenuptial agreement because of this sickening infidelity? There were no such infidelity clauses put into the prenup. It is also likely that the Wife will gain custody of the kids. Should she expect a huge payout from the potential voiding of the prenup or possibly a huge award in child support fees?

I’m in the military and I’ve been separated from my spouse for the past three years. I’m either always deployed or attending a some type of military training, which made it difficult to keep track of her whereabouts once we separated. I’m trying to find the fastest and cheapest method to legally divorce her, so that I can move on with my life. Only thing that I can provide on her is our last known address together, and I’m currently stationed in Washington state. Thanks

I live in washington state and my wife and I are getting divorced. She is addicted to oxycontin and does it regularly but i can’t prove anything. We have a 2 year old and I am scared to death for him to grow up in that kind of environment. So if anyone has any advice or know a good divorce lawyer i’d really appreciate it. Thanks.

When we get a divorce can the court say we cant leave the state of Cali?

My dad currently has joint custody and visitation rights under a court order. The court gave him these rights when i was just a baby. I am not almost fifteen and have not seen him since I was a few months old. Is there a way I can get rid of these rights without having him present? I live in Washington state, if it matters.

If two people meet and get married while stationed overseas(army), whose divorce laws are used? I heard it was the home of records, but what if the two have different home of records, say Washington state and Tennessee? Since they get are getting a divorce while still overseas, and the wife must leave and go back to the states, who gets the kids? I’m asking this for a friend, any advice is appreciated.

How should legal separation papers be served?

My "husband" filed legal separation, his lawyer sent them through the normal mail, not certified. He knows exactly where I live and has my address and send me a 0 check every month. Is this a legal way to serve me. He is in New Mexico and I moved to Washington State he has several family members who live up here if that matters. He is in the military and I have heard the military doesn’t recognize legal separations? Is this true? Thank you for your help.
