I have a warrant in another state for not completing community service. I am planning on filing for child custody in the state i live in now. my ex has 3 felonys, lives 10 hours away from us, plus has no money to even live on. would i still be able to win the case?

Ok, for child support if the paying parent doesn’t pay, their supposed to go to jail right? Or if they lose their job their supposed to take it upon themselves to pay right? See the guy i’m dealing with is A convicted felon (weed). The support agency knows where he live and works, I havn’t gotten A payment in 3 mo. So isn’t the support agency supposed to put out A warrant or something for not paying? If any1 could give me some info on the laws of child support, or point me in the direction of and good website I could find some info one I would really appriciate it! 10q n advance!

My lawyer put an interception application in so I could get the tax rebate from my daughter’s dad who owes a boat load of child support. He has a warrant out for his arrest, and still I can’t get the child support he owes. My main question is, does anyone know what the process is on intercepted tax rebate checks to be processed towards back child support?

So I didn’t even get to file the letter [the people who aren't afraid to stand up when its wrong thanks]. I was so damage that I missed work. The court has covered up these felonies to further continue the conspiracy of Theft of court paper work, terrorism, terrorist threats and conspiracy to cover it up. ON 7/10/00 1:31 falsified min order with Allen p fields and the 28 day extension from riley was too. This hearing was a fake it was a cover up for the theft Of a proof of service in which they used judge Riley. I filled this motion at the counter. the lady Lynn Murray called me a liar then she went at got the file she said your a liar I ask her to get supervisor She said her supervisor was on vacation so I said get any sup robin Parker came made sure it was in order she look in file saw the court letter to me from daina ecabell and said we have to take it. In addition, she made sure it had a proof of service attach to it stapled. Gave a tentative ruling and set the hearing for 5-30-01 so who set that hearing up and said I was present for the 5/21/2001? That is false they lied. I was given that on the 23 third of May after the 21st hearing they set up the hearing on 5-21-01. So if those to be falsified then the judge who herd the 5/30/2001 was and so is the proposed order filled and signed by someone impersonating a judge. After it was fax I was asked to come in and file it when I got there I was surrounded by the sheriffs accused of threatening the court.
