I’ve decided to make a nice candlelit dinner for Valentine’s day for my fiance. This poses a couple challenges: First of all, I’m not the greatest cook. Secondly, he’s vegan (but not too strict about it). I need a recipe for a delicious dinner that can be made with simple ingredients and techniques.
