He has 9 Misdameanor convictions of 3rd degree againts me.
He is still on a 6 yr suspeneded sentence.. (21 mths left)
I am working 2 jobs. Living in a nice house

Can his money buy him custody?

My ex lives in a house owned by his parents (our old marital) which they bought for cash after our divorce, he pays no rent and of course no house payment. We have full shared custody (7&7) of our two girls, he has been unemployed for almost two years. Can I have my payments lowered or have custody transferre to me due to this situation?

I live in NC and my two girls ages 12 and 6 are living with a horrible excuse for a mother who has actually been reported to Child Protective Services twice, does drugs, among other things. I will soon be filing for motion for a change in custody and I need help. I have a long list of things that I need to put in the modification of custody paperwork "reasons" section but I need help in writing them in a professional manner. In my state we have to go to mediation before we actually go to court so its cheaper for me to do this part myself instead of paying a lawyer twice. If someone who has a background in Law could help me re-word my "reasons in a professional manner I would be very grateful. I am dating two girls now but have not established any physical intimacy with either one yet. However, I would like to get the ball rolling on this so I would like to know at what point does it become wrong, or cheating to go out with both, and consequently when would I have to choose one?
