Guy troubles. All advice is appreciated!?
Hi,
This summer I fell totally in love with this boy and we got on REALLY well. We met up every night and talked for hours. The only problem is that he lives in the UK and I live in Spain. I go to the UK for all the holidays and am planning on moving there in 2 years to go to university. Even though I am back in Spain we have kept close contact and when he wrote to me he called me "his lovely" and stuff like that. Do you think that meant anything or was he just being nice? He has recently got a girlfriend as well. I don’t think he would cheat on her and I definitely wouldn’t go out with him while he is still with her. Anyway I don’t want a long distance relationship because they hardly ever work and we are rather young for this. How can I find out if he liked me? What should I do? Just be friends? Tell him how I feel? Ask him how he feels? By the way I am 16 and he is 18. All advice is appreciated!

Consider this: our country is only one of two–the other Malta–which do not have a divorce law. Even Spain, Italy, and Latin American (catholic) countries already have divorce laws. The Catholic Church, even in very special cases (especially those who can afford the cost) allows a divorce.
We do have Art. 36 of the Family Code, referring to psychological incpacity as ground for annulment. Note, its annulment, not divorce… there’s a big whale of difference. So far, that’s the way out for couples, and many had to invent, and worse concede to transgressions just to establish the presence of psychological incapacity. And it costs a lot, too.

What percentage would a father who is a professional athlete have to pay for child support? Supposing that the sports athlete makes million a year? and he is not married and doesnt have any other children. Would this have to be settled in court room with a judge deciding the amount?
What if its in Europe? Spain, to be exact.

Suppose, for instance, a Polish woman living in Britain wants to marry an Englishman. Could they both get married in the UK, and then their marriage would automatically be recognized in Poland, too?
Are European Union member states required to recognize marriages of couples in other member states?
And what about countries like Spain and the Netherlands who have same-sex marriage?
Would married couples be allowed to live together as a couple in Latvia?

I’m a native speaker of Spanish (from Spain) and a very good English speaker, but I want to improve my American accent and be more confident with it. I can speak Spanish if anyone feels like exchanging languages. Otherwise, if anyone please could chat online with me (spoken English), that’d be cool. I’m a girl, 22, at college, and I love music with a passion – above all hip hop. Hit me back please.
