My sister in law is fighting the government to get her husband back. He was deported back to Guatemala. They have a 5 month old baby together. She is supposed to go up to her interview next week where they will drill here with a dozen questions to find out if they are lying just to get his green card. The marriage is real and I need your help. We need to find a verse in the Bible (they are both Christian) stating that a husband and wife should not be separated after marriage and they should be living in the same home. Does anyone know of a verse that would help?
ok. She has an immigration lawyer, right now they are trying to get through the first phase and he is trying to come here, not her go there, but to get through phase 1 they have to prove the marriage is real and they are in love..and it’s not to scam the gov’t. That’s where the Bible verse comes in, seeing they do both believe what is written in there and live by that.

The divorce was my bother (1/2) who has challenged the NOFAULT RULE in Ca., stating the affair was the primary cause of divorce and asked the JUDGE for a CAUSE OF ACTION with detail so as to sue his wife for custody, and majority potion of the community property!

HE GOT IT on all counts and got 90% of the community property as well as physical custody of the children because he proved that his wife started to CO- habituate with individual who she was having the AFFAIR WITH and did not want his kids around the man!

Now let me say this I think the whole think STINKS to high HEAVEN, and both party’s need to grow up, that said I can’t fathom how this woman had the affair, how the LAWS of NO FAULT could be side stepped like this.

Can my ex sister-in-law ask for Alimony from my brother if she has been remarried?

Hi! I was wondering if my lawyer who I have used for several years for several different cases can represent my sister in law in her divorce custody case against my brother? Isn’t it some sort of conflict of interest or not? It kind of makes me mad because I need my lawyer now for another case and I am so upset because he is fighting against my brother. I don’t even know if he realizes what the situation is because we all had the same last name? I appreciate your comments. Thank you in advance.

About a year ago my wife and I hit a rut in our marriage. We seperated in January and I started seeing a woman who happened to be my wifes ex sister in-law. It was the worst mistake of my life. My wife started seeing a guy during that time also. In April my wife and I decided to try and reconcile. In May I found out she was still seeing the guy. She apologized and I forgave her. It happened again, and again I decided to forgive her. Now we both have really bad trust issues with each other and I am not sure how to pull this thing together and make it work. I really want things to work and she insists that she wants it to also It has been extremley difficult and I don’t want to keep hurting each other and our three kids.
