Me and this girl broke up after 3 1/2 months. (I 29 she 25) Initially she told me that she lost the spark. She wanted to stay friends badly!. I kept asking her i wanted her back sweetly. We fought over the next 3 weeks about getting back. She said things like you cant force it, give it time, etc.. Then she started to call me a crazy person cause i persisted and i know i did. Last night i get a text from her telling me the reasons for a break up. My charm got old. She was no longer attracted to me cause she is outta my league, my asskising got sickening and now she says she will never be friends and wants nothing to do with me. I pushed to far? . Will she ever talk to me again. Has anyone ever had someone talk to them again after something like this. I really just wanted to stay friends. Saw her recently and she said hello. We tried to talk but she said she has nothing to say? The happened to her? She said she will regret the breakup. Why would she if she wanted it over!
I saw her this past weekend and we tried to talk, but she said she had nothing to say to me. We hang out at similar places and she talks to my friends. I treated her so well. She always told me how lucky she was to be "stuck" with me and i am the best. Told me she wanted to marry me etc.. have kids and all. All of a sudden you lose feelings. Makes no sense. She did just get out of a 2 1/2 yr verbally abusive relationship which ended in a restraining order, which I come to find out she has started to text/talk him again, nothstarted while we were together, of course she denied, but I have proof. I guess i was a rebound or what. Do you guys think she just realized she didnt want to be in a relationship cause she was not ready?? Or was she just confused, she is a Gemini and I am a Pisces? Any advice on how I should deal with this?She said she will regret the breakup. Why would she if this is what she wanted? Any helpful advice to move on or what could come of this. Thanks so much!

My Dad is getting a divorce from my step mom and is going to move closer to me and my mom and due to his mental health I want a restraining order so he can’t be anywhere near our street. How far can a restraining order be?

Our family has been harassed. The woman causing this is encouraging her dog to defecate on my grass, subjects my mother to verbal abuse and casts her rubbish on our land. She tells her grandchildren to play around my car and her son is verbally and physically abusive.

What evidence do I need to prosecute her for harassment and obtain a restraining order against her?

Also how long would this process take?

If someone puts a restraining order on another person and in reality there was nothing wrong, it was just one person doing that to harm the other one. The order is later lifted because of lack of evidence. Is the person criminal record still affected?, is still going to show a restraining order was put and lifted or it will look completely clean?

Is it possible to get a restraining order against relatives who have been doing a ton of harassment? Does it need to be physical in order to get a restraining order? We’ve been getting nasty emails, txt messages, and phone calls for some time and now they’re threatening to come to our area(they live in another state). All this is happening while we have a newborn baby that we have been trying to take care of and focus on. We haven’t been talking to them for the past few weeks because of frequent disrespect. If I’m a high school student and other high school students are bullying me, can I apply for a restraining order?

Background: In track and field we are split up into groups and the long distance runners are in a group where they practice together and stuff. Well I’m in that long distance group and EVERYONE hates me and I don’t get treated with respect.

I reside in Houston Texas and I am helping out a friend… How can she file a restraining order and what are the requirements? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

The person being served lives in California and already has a strike against them. They have served jail time. Will being served with a restraining order count as a second strike or do they need to violate the order for it to count as a strike?
