I just filed the paperwork for divorce back in august. There is a 90 day waiting period. I have some paperwork but not sure what to do. I know i am supposed to send the Return of service with temporary restraining order. But I also have been given the Final declaration form and the verified statement of assets and liabilities. what do i do. I am the petitioner. I see in the forms if’s mostly for declarant. I couldn’t figure out if it was me or the respondent that is the declarant.

Is this going to work? The pro se Petitioner has residence in Fulton County, Georgia and the Respondent lives and has a mailing address in Costa Rica. Any problems with the Court? Their assets were amicably divided at the time of separation 10 years ago and there are no joint assets to be considered.

My husband has agreed to a divorce. We don’t have any assets or children. He doesn’t want me to have his new address (nor I do him mine). So he has agreed to meet me at the courthouse to sign and file an uncontested dissolution of marriage. I know the filing fee is around 320, but will we have to pay a respondent fee of 5 if no process server is involved and we are both present to submit paperwork? All our things have been divided already. I just want this done. Thanks for the tips
