I ordered my forms off of one of those stupid websites. It’s an uncontested Texas divorce. But on my final decree at the bottom where the judge, plaintiff and respondent sign….It says " It is ORDERED AND DECREED that all relief requested in this cause and not expressly granted is denied." The there is the lines for us to sign. What does that mean? I tried to contact the website, and I couldn’t. We just want to hurry and get this over with so please answer!

The petitioner was subjected to mental torture because of the respondent husband suspecting her character….will this come under cruelty…and is it necessary to give a notice before filing a case?

Can an attorney out there tell me the forms (either #’s or names) needed to file an uncontested divorce in San Diego? Can you tell me the order in which to file the docs and if a Appearance Stipulation and Wavier signed by Respondent is all I need from them to proceed without the other person? The court website tells general info but I want to make sure I have the documents I need done. It sucks taking so many days off work. I don’t want to hire an attorney because I feel I can do this I just need to do the paperwork? Lastly, do I need to make an appearance as the Petitioner if we agree on everything? No kids, no debts, thank goodness.

If anyone is from AZ and has been through this and knows the answer, please let me know. I can’t find my specific question anywhere on any of the court websites.
If both the petitioner and the respondent (husband and wife) show up to file the papers for the divorce and everything is in agreement, can the court serve the respondent in person right then and there? Or will they still require both parties to leave and have the respondent "served" somewhere outside the courthouse?

Is it illegal for my husband to throw away things that belong to me before I serve him with the divorce papers that include a property restraining order making it illegal for him to do so?
To clarify: When you file for divorce in the stat that I live in, part of the paperwork is a restraining order for property. After all paperwork is filed and the respondent is served the order prevents either party from disposing of property fained during the marriage until the divorce is finalized. What I’m asking is that since he hasn’t been served yet is it illegal for him to dispose of or destroy any property I left in the house when I left him?
