I am looking for a job as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. I wanted to know what the pros and cons of working in a skilled nursing facility (to be specific in California) would be.

I am planning on getting married(1st time) and wonder if it is morally right to ask for a pre nuptial agreement. I don’t want to but have been advised it would be a good idea since I own my own condo and my fiance doesn’t own a place, has bad credit, and few assets. I live in florida and understand that my place would automatically become half hers after marriage. I just want to protect myself and my assets and do not want creditors coming after me. I am not a selfish person. I really love this girl and would like her to know the pros and cons of a pre nuptial agreement plus I do not want her to think I do not trust her, I just do not want to start over again if something was to happen to the marriage. If a couple files for divorce then on what grounds is child custody provided? And what are the pros and cons of joint custody? How in California state one can get Joint custody? Or even it is possible to get Joint custody in California? Does judge gives importance to children wishes even if the kids are below 18 , OR court just straightaway gives full custody to the mother? Also if one finally gets the joint custody and then decides to move out of state and wants to keep the joint custody, then is it possible and how?

My fiance and I want to get married but we don’t have much money. I’d like for him to live with my family after we get married so we save money to buy a house of our own. It would be easier to save money living with my parents and paying only like 0/mo to my parents as opposed to getting an apartment and paying ,000/mo for rent (California obviously).
