What’s the difference between physical therapist and kinesiologist? If there is, can physical therapists work as kinesiologists and vice versa?

Could you tell me? I want to know what Physical Therapist &Physical Therapist Assitant do. How to start? What do they need to learn? Which one is better or good to learn? Which one worth to learn and have good funture?

I need to find a physical therapist for my back problems.

I understand that a Massage and Physical therapist are two different occupations, but what degrees do you go through that are different for each? I’ve looked it up, and it says for a Massage Therapist, all you need is a certificate/degree in Massage work. I find that hard to believe, and was wondering if there was something that the internet lacked to tell me?

I’m interested in becoming what I read to be a "sports therapist" which is basically a person who helps athletes recover from injuries and help prevent them in the future. I would rather not have to deal with older folks, although I wouldn’t mind too much either. Is there a difference between a physical therapist and sports therapist?

I want to become a physical therapist but what is this physical therapist doctor? I have heard you used to be able to just get a masters degree to be a PT but now I hear you have to get a doctorate degree. Is this true or can you still become a PT with just a masters? This is confusing.

Physical therapist with a seriously injured wrist. How can they still rehab patients? Would their be any serious changes with their work? How can they continue without canceling appointments referring them to another clinician?
