What is a music therapy or music therapist?

Whether you are in a difficult marriage that you are trying to save or if you are in one that is coming to an end, it is a tough place to be and the challenges can be overwhelming. Maybe you are at a point at which only one of you want to work things out and the other does not. I truly feel that any relationship can be improved dramatically as long as both people want to improve it and if they are both willing to work together as a couple and work individually on their issues. It takes someone on the outside to be there as an un-biased mediator and counselor to weed through what is what and who is responsible for what part of the issues that cause difficulties.
