I’d like to go back to school for a Masters, but would hope to be able to find many jobs, and have at least a chance of making decent money eventually.

How to be a relationship/marriage therapist?

I am considering a career as a relationship/marriage expert, and I want to figure out the best course of action to do so. I assume that a Bachelor’s degree in psychology would be the first step, but don’t know where to go from there. I know that in order to be a practicing psychologist, usually at least a Masters is required, but would like some help figuring all of this out. If someone could give me the course of action that they think is best for me, I would appreciate it.

Thanks ahead of time!

I have an elementary education degree, but I think I would like to become a counselor. Are there any online colleges that offer the school counseling degree? If so, what ones?
Also, do school counselors make more money than classroom teachers? I assume so because you have to have a masters, but I was just wondering.

I have a BA in biology and I am applying to grad school for physical therapy. I have noticed that some schools offer a 2 year masters and some a 3 year Doctorate degree. Wouldn’t it be smart to just go the extra year and get the DPT? What am I missing? Do employers prefer masters over Doctorate or vice versa?

Can I start practicing this business after I took 4.5 years of school on line, got my degree, am going for my masters and taking the NY state exam …. I will have to go for my doctorine ..
Can I start my own practice or have to wait until I get my dotorine?
Any suggestions?

I am interested in earning a bachelors degree in Physical Therapy and eventually earning a Masters as well. Anybody know the best schools to attend for bachelors and masters?

I work in the field of developmental disabilities, and I love my job, but it just doesn’t pay enough to support my family. I am looking into getting my Masters to be an occupational therapist or rehabilitation counselor, but I want to really understand what these jobs entail in the day-to-day. I have a better grasp on occupational therapy than rehab counseling. Can anyone help me?

What can one do with a masters of counseling psycholgy degree without getting the license to practice?

I am a current college student pursuing my BS in Athletic Training and wanted to become a Sports Physical Therapist or at least get my masters in Physical Therapy. What is a good college to go to and obtain a Physical Therapy degree? Is it better do get a Doctorate or just keep it at a masters and jump right in the Physical Therapy field?
