My ex wife and I are tryng to get divorced, long story short there was a family law standing pretrial order saying a bunch of stuff about not being able to get rid of stuff, add debts…etc. However, she went and moved down to south florida with her parents where she lied and said she was a single person and was put on the mortgage with her parents. Now I know she is not a "single" person as we are not divorced yet becasue she wont file necssary papers..but isnt that contempt..I mean she went out and got in on this debt with her parents..which I have no idea how she got approved since she does not work! Meanwhile I am stuck waiting on a divorce hearng in Aug. to deal with the fact nothing is being done. Should I have my lawyer file contempt charges? How do I notify anyone of her fraud saying she was a single person… technically that is a marital asset right?
All Iknow is after we went to mediation I we agreed would pay her 2 years back child support and let her dad adopt our child.. that was the last time I saw her. She packed up and moved with her parents. I looked it up on the internet where her and her parents are on the mortgage… but only the parents are on the deed. But the family law order said neither her nor I could incur unreasonalbe or unnecessary debts until the divorce in final. I would not be out for blood, but I went to mediation last year and once I agreed to let her dad adopt the child between us and she split town, her and he lawyer have iled to file necessary papers so we can get divorced and her lawyer will not communicate with mine… so it is back to court and I KNOW she will not be at the hearing in Aug. She isnt going to drive 8 hours for that. I am sure she will come up with some lame excuse and just have it drug out longer.

and how did you finally break the ice to get back into it?

i don’t remember the last time we did it. i think it was over a year ago. might have been 18 months.

we are in a huge silent fight because for 14 years my wife has been the queen of NO and she has never initiated. so now i refuse to initiate. do you think she will ever do it?

my future ex decided to quit the marriage then get the anger management counseling he needed — so i told him to pay for the divorce then — i have done all the paper work — all he needs to do is pay for it — he has money — so that’s not an issue — he tells our friends he wants to make sure i know its over — which i’ve known for a year so that’s not an issue .. atleast with me.. but he is dragging his feet. is there any advantage to filing first? the last time we got together to talk our conversation ended because we closed the restaurant–he left saying he would come by the next day to continue our conversation — but i have nothing more to say — and then he called as i walked in the door to say he was sorry our conversation ended so quickly–he lives with his gf so he says.. and calls me at midnight? so i started to think.. hmm? is there some advantage to not filing first?

This is his second time returning to this facility. He was there one month then released, and i sent my visitation app and i never got approved. Do I have to go through all the procedures again and will it be long for approval since I never got an answer from them last time?

So I am friends with my friend’s boyfriend, and he said he is going to breakup with her because they have nothing in common and they never see each other. Now they have been off and on for a while, but I think this will be the last time they will be together. Any ideas on how I can help my friend get through this? I have no idea how to console anyone o_o

Not sure if a prenup refusal is binding for getting the engagement ring back. I am going to pry it off her fingers anyways after I have sex with her for the last time but I still don’t want to go to court and get sued. Also, is it OK to break off an engagement via a note and a text?

so my wife and I are in the middle of trying to get a divorce and before ou say get a lawyer last time I checked my bank account I litterally had .25 cents in it. we are a classic example of why someone should wait we met june 30th 2008 married by august 29th 2008 and the last time we were in the same place was june 15th 2009. we had no kids and she isn’t pregnant neither of us has anything or wants anything from the other person …. atleast according to the papers I just signed and like I said neither of us has anything the other wants. I’m just wondering once we file where does it go from there. I have sites telling me it can be finalized in 30 days and other sites saying 6 months some sites saying we both have to go to court some saying only one person needs to show and some saying that if it’s uncontested and neither party wants anything we don’t even have to go to court the judge will just sign it and we’ll be notified in the mail when it official does any one actually know what will happen I’m trying to move to seattle to restart my life but need to know what to expect before I leave if you don’t know or are unsure please don’t answer I don’t need you wasting my time and money maybe you were in the same situation and can enlighten me. I can’t stress enough that she doesn’t want anything and neither do I other than to be divorced so this isn’t going to be some ugly divorce that takes years. any help

My wife and I have been married for over 8 months and I love her dearly, but I just have a couple of questions that I could use some advice on:

When we were dating we had sex several times a day, then we moved in together and it went down to about 1 a week, and then since we got married it’s been once a month, and now it’s May and the last time we had sex was in January (we’ve fooled around since then, but no sex)

Also Last night I started making out with my wife and things were beginning to get pretty hot and heavy (kissing and touching) when suddenly my wife threw me off of her and told me no.

Is there something that I’m doing wrong, I know she still loves me, I still love her and her sex drive has always been an issue, mine being super high and hers being super low?

Am I wrong for wanting to make love to her, I kinda feel like I’m in the wrong and I feel a littlfe depressed about all this. Any advice I can get is welcomed.
