I see that many of you don’t.
A prenuptial agreement, antenuptial agreement, or premarital agreement, commonly abbreviated to prenup or prenupt, is a contract entered into prior to marriage or civil union by the people intending to marry. The content of a prenuptial agreement can vary widely, but commonly includes provisions for division of property and spousal support in the event of divorce or breakup of marriage.

Anyway, in most cases where one spouse is making more money than the other it is agreed upon that the spouse dose not in fact get to take all of their money. And that some of it is given to the spouse. Also if any children are to be born between husband and wife. A percentage of the money is given to the spouse who has custody of the children. That does not include what is to be given to the spouse who as less money.
Also, regardless of what terms the person with the most money is making on the prenup, the other spouse has to agree with it before it is taken into action.
actually telefantastical, that is exactly what I was saying, you sure can’t put two and two together.

Husband and wife have been separated. Husband cheated. Husband told wife he was coming home then told wife he may have to leave across state lines in a few days to help a family member. Wife filed for divorce and told husband he can still come home and if he shows he is able to recommit to her and to the marriage, she will withdraw the petition. If he doesn’t come home or comes home and leaves again she will let the divorce go through. What is the wife doing and why did she file for divorce?

(1) In the event of divorce courts in many countries such as the USA, UK, Australia etc will consider the equitable distribution of all marital assets based on a variety of factors. You should therefore consider how you may be affected in the event of divorce, correct?
(2) All parts of USA states have the same policy: when divorce, equitable distribution of all marital assets between husband and wife?
(3) I heard some states are different in policy about this issue,
please tell the differences of each state.
(4) all parts of United Kingdom is the same as (2) (6) (7)?
(5) all parts of Australia is the same as (2) (6) (7)?
(6) if get a divorce, husband and wife have to take out all their properties, money, and equal share with each other (no matter who earns more)? (in which country: the US, Uk , Australia?)
(7) have to share all with each other when divorce unless has signed a pre-nup before marriage?

What if the couple is diagonally opposite in nature and there is no compatibility between husband and wife….does this mean living the rest of ones life in forced relationship as the religion does not permit?

Law on Divorce and refinancing a home?

In a Community Property State can a Wife refinance a home that is in both husband and wife’s name without the husband’s consent and signature also? If not what kind of trouble could she be in if she does this? They are wanting to get a Divorce.

My sister in law is fighting the government to get her husband back. He was deported back to Guatemala. They have a 5 month old baby together. She is supposed to go up to her interview next week where they will drill here with a dozen questions to find out if they are lying just to get his green card. The marriage is real and I need your help. We need to find a verse in the Bible (they are both Christian) stating that a husband and wife should not be separated after marriage and they should be living in the same home. Does anyone know of a verse that would help?
ok. She has an immigration lawyer, right now they are trying to get through the first phase and he is trying to come here, not her go there, but to get through phase 1 they have to prove the marriage is real and they are in love..and it’s not to scam the gov’t. That’s where the Bible verse comes in, seeing they do both believe what is written in there and live by that.

What happens to the children of divorce?

Last night I was watching intervention on TV. The husband and wife split on and get on with their new lives. One of their daughters is completely heartbroken and both parents miss this. Fast forward a few years and she is on meth and stripping to make a living. Here is a link to the show:

I think there are some situations where divorce is a legitamate final decision but I also think this is done sometimes for selfish reasons and not necessary.

Work hard on your marraige and please your mate in all ways. Put your spouse above all else and if you don’t know what they want ask. If you can not be fulfilled together at least agree to have a peacefull house for your children and when they are out of the house then seperate. If there is abuse, adultry or addiction then yes divorce may be what you must do. If not try to make it work and put your wants aside for a few years for the sake of your children.

What do you think?

Like for example a retarded child is born. The wife wants to keep it. The husband wants to abandon it. Because of their disagreement the couple separate. Do you find such things sad? Cos originally the guy and girl loved each other so much that they had a child. And because of the child their relationship was broken. The couple chose to break up because of the wife’s love for the child. If the child was never born in the first place, the wife wouldn’t have developed love for the child and left the husband and vice versa, the husband and wife would still love each other and still be together. What do you feel?
