I believe alimony for a woman should not be more than half of the money she sacrificed if she stayed a t home because she made the decision and/or extra money that she helped the guy to attain.

I hear of too much celebrity cases where the woman comes in the marriage with nothing and the guys is already rich and yet she stills end up with a good portion sometimes half.

If women want equal rights then they should not be protected by divorce laws.

I filed a complaint for child support and was told that the father would receive paperwork informing him of our court date. Its been several weeks already and the father tells me that he still hasn’t received anything in the mail. Will my case be dismissed or delayed if doesn’t show up? I don’t want to pay extra money to hire a process server to have his summons served to him. What’s going to happen if he doesn’t show up to court?

Since we don’t have the time or a whole lot of extra money in the budget to pay for a marriage counselor in our area, is there a legit online marriage counseling site that can help us dramatically improve our marriage, communication, respect for each other, etc? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY! Been married almost 8 yrs…we’ve both been faithful but just don’t enjoy the same activities, opinions, and just plain drive each other crazy!
