I am going through a divorce in Florida and trying to determine how to handle my Shared Parenting Visitation with my STBX (soon to be ex).

If he has a recreational drug addiction, meaning; he chooses to go out on spontaneous 3 day crack binges every other month, and then is just an absolute jerk prior to and after, how would the courts grant him visitation?

Me and my husband are having an uncontested divorce in Florida (broward), I’ve got a court date set. What do we do in court? Do they want to hear why we’re divorcing? My husband origionally tried to serve me with alimony papers, and i ripped them up. Can he try and do that when we’re in court on an uncontested no alimony divorce???

What happens in court?
