My husband and I’ve decided to get a divorce on the grounds that… I’m gay.. We’ve agreed that I’d leave with nothing but clothes & what I came with.. And he’d get everything else.. We’ve only been married for 5 months. What would be the best and easiest *cheapest* way to get a divorce?

I have been separated from my husband for 8 years and we have a ten year old son together. We agree on the custody arrangements but have had the money to file. should i be able to use my husbands bank account (married 21 years) he thinks our money should be separate and if i take money out of his account for bill’s grocery shopping ect, we have 4 kids together and have ben married 21 years and we are NOT in the middle of a divorce or anything. just a fight and im asking for a opinion on weather i should be able to have shared money, be able to open his mail and things he doesn’t want me to he says its his not mine bla bla bla. we still live together and stuff. is it legal for me to? whats your opinion

My marriage is going really badly, only been married a few months. I make much more money than my husband even though I am in a lot of debt and struggling myself. If we get a divorce, will I have to pay alimony to him? We don’t have any children. He is not an American citizen either. What will likely happen in this case?

I am 14 year old and my parents have decided to divorce (which is ashame but a long time coming). Even though it is not yet offical, my father currently has visitation right for both me and my brother. I would like to not have visitation rights with him. There is no substansal reason for this incept that I don’t like him, and he is always talking bad about my mother and other family members. Could I get no visitation right with him in the state of Florida?
