Long story short, my parents were divorced in Torrance, CA and I need copies of their divorce papers, copies of all paperwork regarding my child support, and the state may, or may not, have tried contacting my mother with requests from my father to talk to me at least 3 times, and I need to recover proof of these or find out if it’s a lie. Any advice?

Have been married 6 yrs getting a divorce not a good relationship hubby cheated and got his ex. wife pregnant our first year of marriage along with another affair. I had a long standing on and off affair with an ex.bf that resulted in my 3 yr old son(hubby new this) and to my suprise i just found out my ex.bf fathered my 5 yr old daughter(i had no clue).The divorce has the potential to get very nasty.To avoid this i am considering hubbys deal to liquidate all marital assets 50/50?I would be walking away with nothing but a check and personals but i would also have to drop hubbys name from kids b-certificate or else he will sue me?He said he would be willing to give alimony for 6 months but wants nothing to do with my kids. Take the deal or not?
I had no clue till after the paternity test that my daughter as not my hubbys .

This is all that is written in the box,as it gives me a clue that he was possibly a seabee? Can anybody give me some info on these places and their role in the Navy?

Recently I have noticed my dad being real sketchy at the computer. He hasn’t spent as much time with the family at all. So today I accidentally stumbled into his emails, and found something…that gave me a huge pit in my stomach. He had a full paid account to some trashy a__ website for straight STDs. I was just stunned, and still am. I went on the account, hopping it was just one of those stupid porno binges but it wasn’t. He was asking all these girls to have sex and how he "owns his own business" so he can make time for them. I felt betrayed.

I am 17 years old and I have a beautiful mother who just got a new job to help out the family and a great 10 year old brother. I am the only one who knows about this situation, and I have no clue what to do. I tried to block the site, it didn’t work. I tried changing the email and password, it didn’t work. I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO! I haven’t built the courage to confront him about it because I have no clue how he would respond.

Please people, please, If you have just a little bit of time, please give me some advice. I don’t want my brother to have a split family through middle school and high school. I don’t want to see my mother go through what her mother went through. I know that my relationship with my father may never be the same…but please…please help

i’m an indian girl and ive been dating my white bf for 3 years. his parents have always known about us since day one, they practically call me their daughter, however my parents have no clue. and we want to get married once i finish college. Does anyone who’s been in this type of situation and knows how indian families are have any advice on how i can CIVILLY communicate with my parents about this? i know im probably staring at disownment but anything will help. I’m super nervous to talk to them. I wont be telling them for the next 3 years (b/c of school) but i want to ease into it eventually. i dont understand how i can grow up like they wanted, go to school for the occupation they chose for me, and STILL make me go through with a marriage with someone that i dont care about because of culture. i still attend temple every week, i do all the rituals and ceremonies, the only thing i disagree with is arranged marriages… Thanks so much!

Would you mind sharing with me how you did it? My wife wants to use an attorney and I don’t, but she will not file for divorce. I have purchased one of the online packages and completed the questions and I have the legal forms they provided back to me. This is an uncontested divorce.
