how can i get a fast and cheap divorce in California?
been separated from husband for 3 years now, we have no kids and no properties, he has now a kid with the woman he was cheating with when we were together, right now I dont know his whereabouts, I need divorce so I can marry the new man who is his total opposite and loves me unconditionally…please help

go to your local court house and ask for a "do it yourself divorce kit" This is how I divorced my ex loser bastard after being separated for 6 years. I too didnt know his addresss but I had his number and he actual went to the servers offiice in the state he lived in to be served. We also had nothing to divide but I do have 3 sons with him and I was awarded child support. We live on different coasts and because their were no issues to settle he didnt even show up to court and doesnt have to. The divorce was final 90 days after I filed and it cost me $250 to file and $90 to serve him. Ta da!
