Help on essay prompt and making up a story?

My task is to right an essay on a time when i experienced a behavioral or attitude change as a result of a conflict. I really can’t think of a real situation, so i have to make one up. If you have just a rough idea of even a very simple situation which fits this prompt, that would be helpful.
