Ex husband deducts car insurance premiums from alimony?
He never transferred the car (in his name only) even after loan was paid (joint loan). He has deducted the car insurance from alimony for two years and still claims full amount on taxes.

Simply making a statement of fact does not a question make.
Unless this is something that is stated he is allowed to do in your divorce decree, it isn’t allowed. He has no right to tell you how to spend it nor does he have the right to take away what he "see’s fit". Talk to a lawyer!
Seems fishy to me. Check your final divorce decree. If there is nothing specifically stated about it then I would contact my lawyer and have him/her look into according to the laws in your state.
