Do i have to go the hearing after filling the divorce papers?
ME and the wife filled divorce papers? I am the respondent and the peoaple i talked to said i have to be there. i dont think i do. I need some answers

Why do you not think you need to be there after you were told you do?
If they said you have to then you have to. simple as that.
