Difference between Couple counseling and sex counseling?
We as a couple have deep relationship problems that includes sex as well. We want to get help from a counselor. Now what exact is Couple counseling and sex counseling. Are these two different things? Also how do you differentiate between them. When I looked for couple counselors in my area on Google, I found quite a mixed results.

Couples counseling should encase your sexual frustrations with each other as well. You shouldn’t need to go to a separate office just to talk about sex. It should be talked about when you talk about your relationship and all your other problems your need to work out.
I’m not sure but would guess that couple counseling addresses other issues in the relationship as well as some sexual ones. Sex counseling addresses more of the issues relating to sex and less on other issues.
I suggest since it involves more of a relationship (with some sex issues) that couple counseling would be better for you guys.
Sex counseling is done by a counselor that specializes in sexuality. They usually still do couple’s counseling and sex counseling at the same time. Here is an article from a counselor that works with both the relationship and the sexual aspects, you might want to contact her or look for someone like her to find out more information - her contact info is on there - http://www.happyher.com/blog/2010/02/three-things-you-need-to-know-if-you-are-in-a-relationship/
