I have a friend who has a new boyfrined from chatting on-line and he is moving to her home town to be with her. She has 2 sons 9 & 3. He has children to that he will send for later. They will meet this weekend. He is from Ohio, works for the railroad, and wants to start over. My friend hasn’t held a relationship for more than 2-3 years. My friend was married but divorced a man she found on the internet in the same town. She was preggies when she married this man. her 9 year old has never seen his real dad. The man she married was abusive to her first baby and to her. She shares joint custody of her 3 year old with a man who had to sue her for custody.

I just hope that he’s a good man and will treat her family w/respect. There aren’t anymore details, and I don’t want to impose my thoughts to her, just will observe on the outside. Actually, I think this man is going to have a handful and may not know what he’s getting into, and who he is dealing with.

Is it too much to take a girl to a spa and get a "couples massage" (where you guys are both in the room together) and getting massages? And then take her out for dinner to a nice restaurant? is that too much for a first date?
