He has everything in his name. I have no access to any money and when he does give me any money at all, I have to account for every penny I spend even though he buys big ticket items without even letting me know beforehand or asking my opinion. It’s been this way for 22 years. I want to know how to get an attorney when I can’t afford a retainer. (He’ll be able to afford the best there is). Any advice is MUCH appreciated!!!
Can’t get a loan from a bank because husband totally destroyed my credit (on purpose when he got wind that I wanted out…..he stopped paying anything that was in my name…which wasn’t much to begin with, but enough to ruin my credit for 7 years.)
