is being sexually inappropriate ? asking personal questions ,fishing for details about your sexual preferences, dropping hints that you could pay his bill with sex and hugging and trying to kiss you good-bye ?
in the middle of the negotiations for the divorce agreement ?

and would such a lawyer have a reputation with other lawyers that justw alking into court with him makes you look like a whore ?
also calling your house up until 11:30 at night ,6 times in one night until you get home to schedule the after hrs ( because his schedule is full) discussion when no one else in in the office before starting that inappropriate behavior ?
how do I prove it ? could he sue me for liable or slander if I don’t have video or recording ?

he is apparently not responding to my attorney or the agreed upon court order to choose a Guardian Ad Litem for my son so that I can get visitation and I have not seen my son in three mths since my wife abducted him.
My lawyer says that he will file a motion to hold him in contempt next week.
Do i have any personal recourse since this guy is apparently trying to charge me into oblivion???

I am about to file for divorce. The size of the pie to be split is about 620k I would like to take a third of it (200k) and take a trip to vegas. I would like to tell the divorce judge that I lost it in vegas and show the plane ticket, Would most judges then divide up the remaining 0k if I state the reason for losing 200k in vegas was due to the depression of going through the divorce? Please do not say to consult with my attorney, as I have done so already. Just give me your best guess about how most judges will deal with this matter if I spend the $ before filing. thanks
