Can my fiance and I make our own prenuptial agreement and then just notarized it?
I don’t have anything yet, house, car or bank acct. But I would like to have a prenup in case if in the future I make my own money and I would like to keep it and same thing with my fiance, but he has a car and bank acct. All I need to know is if we can just do it on own own, no lawyer and notarize it, and have the notary as a witness?

try going on line for a basic form and add your stuff in-there may be wording that makes it work better that you don’t know about-
good luck becoming rich!
Yes but a lawyer would be easier to make sure it is valid
A pre-nup is a person’s way of saying "I do not trust you or your feelings for me".Sit on that a while hon.In order for it to hold up in court you’ll have to go through the legal hoops a notary’s signature on something like that doesn’t mean squat.
The problem with most pre-nups created with-out a lawyer is they end up being vague, poorly written and/or ill thought out. They can also have unintended consequences if life doesn’t go quite the way you planned.
What if you guys sign this "pre-nup" with all your "plans" and someone gets sick or disabled? What if you end up getting pregnant with twins / triplets and its best for your family if you stay home instead of working (despite you originally wanting to work)? What if after sacrificing for your family (your earning potential, no retirement account etc.) your husband decides to divorce you? If you signed a pre-nup stating that what he earns and buys is HIS than you walk away with NOTHING.
Yes, you can get a complete do-it-yourself prenuptial agreement kit at the website below.
