A Word About Marital Problems
Whether you are in a difficult marriage that you are trying to save or if you are in one that is coming to an end, it is a tough place to be and the challenges can be overwhelming.
Maybe you are at a point at which only one of you want to work things out and the other does not. Of, if you both want to seek solutions to the problems and difficulties that are keeping you from having the best relationship you can have, you just do not know where to find the answers you are looking for.
Whatever your situation may be, I hope that you may find some answers, tips, advice or resources somewhere in this website and that the information may help to guide you in your quest for answers.
Many people have questions regarding marriage counseling and couples counseling. Should they begin by going together or individually? Who is the most qualified therapist or counselor? Can their problems be solved or is it just too late?
Many times, it seems hopeless and I have asked myself at times, can my own marriage be saved or are we both at the point at which there is no longer any room for forgiveness and are our past resentments too big to find a way around them?
The short answer is in most, if not all marriages, yes. I truly feel that any relationship can be improved dramatically as long as both people want to improve it and if they are both willing to work together as a couple and work individually on their issues.
It takes someone on the outside to be there as an un-biased mediator and counselor to weed through what is what and who is responsible for what part of the issues that cause difficulties.
I wish you the best as you and your partner or spouse travel this difficult road.

Husband is unemployed for the last two years, and lately he has been drinking. We have a little kid and properties. I want to remove him from home, also, will i give him alimony since he is unemployed?. Will he have custody of our child?
New Jersey.
Any other way that I can put him straight in line, i give him many opportunities and he is not changing. Any way by law that he can sign a document if he is continue drinking that he can lose everything or any other way. He was studying but for other reasons was postpont his classes so this is pushing to drinking (i guess) and he is waiting to continue study so after he can find a job, we have been married for 7 years. I have a decent salary.. so is it anyway that i will give him alimony? I do not know if I am wrong but if we are married less than 10 years I can not give him any alimony. I got my career before I met him, but I found my job where I am getting a decent salary when we has beenmarried .. any commnets please
