Are divorce records public?

Let’s say I want to find out about someone’s divorce. Can I go to the County Records and request a copy of anyone’s divorce record.

I’m 30 years old and I need counseling someone to talk to about my depression, marriage, finding a good career and other stuff. I could go to a therapist or psychiatrist but they can be expensive. I’m on somewhat of a tight budget and I made a promise to myself not to spend too much money. So is there any place to go for free counseling on depression and career advice?

Dealing with Legal English again…?

The context is Division of community property assets in a divorce.
"The spouse will receive : half an INTEREST in the Property as delineated above"
What does "interest" mean? i guess it could not mean "a fee, paid on borrowed capital"….The house of the spouses is still being paid by means of refinance.
How can he receive half an interest when he has to pay for this interest?
I’m sure "interest" in this case means smth else… Can someone clear me up?
Thanks a lot!

i went into very deep mediation just a moment ago, and something inside me whispered that was a just a little ways away from having what is better know as an "out of body experience." i stopped partly because i have a fear of going to far and not being able to find my way out of meditation and the area around my third eye chakra started throbbing.
is this typical?

My boyfriend has been seperated for over 4 years from his wife. We would like to get married one day but he has not gotten a divorce because he owes his lawyer 1000. which we do not have to pay. Is there a way for me to file something with the court for him to get him divorced for cheap. There is no property to split and it would be no contest. Too bad after so many years seperated u just aren’t automatically divorced. We live in Pa if that helps. Thanks
I have my divorce papers from tn -i wonder if i could use those for state of pa

My boy and I have been together for more than 2 years. It’s been a loooong distance relationship, with us seeing each other an average of every two months. We’ve stayed together because it’s so great when we were together and there hasn’t been anybody we’ve seriously considered being with since. We have such a great time, we can talk about everything. He’s my confidant and we essentially want the same things in life. SOMETIMES I’M SO HAPPY TO HAVE HIM I COULD BURST! Now that his schooling is over, he can come to the states and live with me if: he gets a job that will give him a visa or if we get married. But we can’t get married just to give him a visa if he doesn’t have a job. Another thing: our chemistry is a bit lacking sometimes…It’s just not all fireworks, never has been. Is that because of the strain we’ve always been under? Is it THAT important? Or are we just trying to hard to stay together because it’ll hurt too much to break up? No trial separation!

Can anyone suggest any good Pre-Marital counseling workbooks or books for Christian couples? I did a google search and was so overwhelmed by the amount of choices, so I want to get a good one that has gotten good reviews.
I wanted to get one that was interesting enough for people that are not into book reading (my boyfriend). ;) Thanks!

Why is divorce so bad for children?

Naturally, a divorce with much strife and anger even law suits is awfull. But if parents divorce in a sensible way without much strife – is this not much healthier for a child’s psyche than having unhappy parents who try to live an illusion, hide their true feelings and show each other everyday how unsatisfied they are?

Jon is nothing but a lying cheating scumbag and yea kate is no angel either but Jon has turned into an immature and irresponsible jerk who only cares about himself.

He looks like an idiot with both his ears pierced.
