I’m in the state of Florida and i’m trying to get a divorce, i have a daughter involved as well. My husband refuses to sign, and neither of us have jobs. I heard that i can file it without his signature but what am i supposed to put in regards to the child support questions and custody if there is no agreement? What do i do?

Have you ever been afraid to date because the person you are dating seems very prone to divorce or prone to cheat? I am not dating now, and I think I like it. However, sometimes certain Ladies have caught my eye, and I wanted to date them. However, I keep noticing their behavior. They seem to have patterns that could lead to destruction in a relationship.

Lastly, is it true that if your parents divorced, you also maybe prone to do the same thing, or do you think that is BS.? I hope to hear from you soon.

I was wondering if it was me or other peple too. Do you hate valentines day… The reason I hate it is because I never have anyone to share it with and the other people who don’t , don’t care about it but I do! I have gotten fed up with it not being the most happy day in my life like most others. And then at school when we have the valentines dance all they play is love songs and you see people dancing together and then you feel miserable because you are all alone. After you think that you are a nobody they play a song that is supposed to make everyone happy, but you. Say a song with no words. Then in the year book you see it all over you alone and couples. Do you every think you are ging to be the next one with a boy/girlfriend and then you aren’t It just makes you sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or at least it makes me very very very very very very very (you get my point) mad!!

If your boyfriend or girlfriend suggested you two should go see a counselor or priest to straighten out miscommunications and get an objective opinion in the relationship, how would you feel/respond? How would you feel about premarriage counseling?

The most important thing is : he is not the US citizen, he just went to San Francisco to have the wedding ceremony.

I am a stay at home mom of 3 children and have been married for 12 years. During the marriage I have only worked a year, per my husband who has cheated several times. He is a contractor who makes very little, but at times he does okay. He owes the IRS 45K for one year that we separated when he moved in with another woman. I in turn moved out, went to work and made my 12 bucks an hour punching numbers and filed head of household… Now he is back and I want him gone as he is cheating again and I want to go to school and back to work, but is his debtg mine? I qualify for welfare in my state, but do not use it. What do I do?
He only filed once in the time we’ve been together, but he says I’ll pay for this the rest of my life and never be able to afford to have custody of my kids. I’m scared and broke. He will file an uncontested to save cash, but I don’t want to go to school to pay the IRS his careless debt that his drunken behavior brought onto us. Please, someone advise.
