I have a friend who is looking to get help with a divorce and we are both aware that there has been a recent law change. Does this new law make it easier to get a divorce in New York State and if so, how?

My husband and I are "separated" but still in the same house. What would be the reason, or benefit, to getting a formal, legal separation.

He won’t move out, like I want. So this is the arrangement. It’s driving me crazy. I think he’s thinking things will work out and not taking it seriously. I need to get my point across.

so my wife is pregnant and before she was pregnant she actually used to like sex. now she hates sex with a passion and it’s getting between our relationship. im afraid we’re going to get in a fight about it and end up breaking up. this isnt a first time thing it’s been going on for a long time.

so my question, will she go back to normal after she has the baby? is this just a pregnant thing?

and please dont give me anything about "just stop bein a sex addict" or anything related it will be reported as spam. I believe in sex as showing your affections towards your spouse.

so please someone give me advide counsling? something please.
she doesnt say it hurts or anything, she doesnt like it plain and simple, she sais it not fun.

and trust me i try to do everything i can to make her full good but she won’t let me do anything she just wants to get it over with…..

this is our second child she wasnt like this at all the first time she actually wanted it more then normal then.

and like i said sex = affection to me this is how ive always felt,

and trust me if we had sex twice in one day i would buy a lottery ticket, im not looking for sex 8 times a day so dont stereotype me, thank you. i just want it sometimes would be nice……
