At the beginning of the relationship, she told him that watching porn was as bad as having sex with another woman, and not to do it. He did it, got caught and cried and said he was sorry and she forgave him. A year later, he did it again, but denied it saying that he knew she was watching and did it on purpose to test her to see if she trusted him; she doesn’t believe him. She’s been cheating on him with a married couple in the more direct sense. Now she wants to go to couples counseling (and he agreed), but she’s not going to admit the infidelity; I doubt he will admit he was watching porn for entertainment. They have an 18-month baby together, and they hate each other so much that they both drink daily and she takes anti-depressants and he smokes weed behind her back. So, I’m just curious; what kind of a chance do they stand on successfully working things out?

If the Divorce papers say that the child custody issue has been taken care of prior to the divorce, does that mean we have to go by the child support papers? Or should the divorce papers have who has custody of the kids.

I live in a small town, and its not like I can ask a friend or a neighbor if they know a good divorce attorney. Plus he thinks that I’m just threatening and will not follow through with it. I so much want to have the upper hand in this situation. I have waited and waisted too many years—please help. Thank you for your help with this matter.

I receive one check that contains my child support and alimony. I haven’t received the entire amount for either because my ex hadn’t been paying it all. I know I have to find out my income from alimony to pay taxes. Will they send me a statement from the child support enforcement agency or what? I live in Ohio.

After all, Cindy made him sign one before she would marry him in order to keep her 0 million inheritance from him. No joint account for hubby!
If Cindy can’t trust McCain with her money, how can the US taxpayer?

I am a male with custody of my 2 children, I make a 6 figure salary and own my own home and various other properties. I am engaged to a woman with 2 children who makes about ,000er year. This is second marriages for both of us. She is coming into the relationship with no assets and no child support for her children. On the other hand I am coming to the table with quite a lot of assets, Is it wrong of me to ask for a prenuptial to protect myself and my children.

I want to get a degree in physical therapy. But it seems I can’t find a college that just specializes or teaches that subject.
I was considering going to Everest College to get a certificate as a masseuse but it seems that it’s A LOT of money just for a certificate. Any advices on getting a Bachelor’s for Physical Therapy. Perhaps in a trade school?
Thank you.

I was told Family Laws in Kentucky do not include Alimony as a part of divorce. That there is a one-time settlement agreed upon at the time of divorce but not monthly alimony. Can anyone tell me if this is true?

As an equal minded liberal I believe divorce laws should be equal. If people (men and women) are begging for equal pay for women then I feel a woman who makes way more than a man in a marraige should be forced to pay out the same as a man. However some people disagree because they believe that men should not use woman but that should not be the issue the issue should be on equality. Do you agree or no?
