I have been in therapy for a while now. I don’t know the goals or what is supposed to happen. I just go week after week and she lets me talk about whatever I feel like. Is that how therapy is for everyone? What can I ask her as far as what I am acheiving?
I am in my 30′s so no my parents don’t pay for my therapy plus my father is dead.

My husband owes , 000 to the State of California in child support arrears and our attorney have offered a compromise to the state of California but the child support agency denied it without sending the application to the State. We would like to pay it off. At present, we are willing to offer about ,000 to , 000 in cash. The Los Angeles office of child support is of no help to us. I think our attorney does NOT know what he is doing as well. We have already taken the case to State Hearing but the judge said the Court of State Hearing has no jurisdiction over compromise of arrears to the State. All this money is owed to the state and not to the parent.
The child’s mother committed welfare fraud and my husband does not want to bring it up in court. He was trying to get "Jackson Credit" because the child was living with the both of them while the mother had welfare sending checks to the grandmother’s home. The interest is about 40K. All this money was welfare to the mother, which makes it the State of California’s money. I personally think the mother should go to jail, but ……….

I heard about the car crash a long time ago, but I’m unsure how it’s related to the Woods scandal. Was he driving to the woman’s home at the time of the crash?… sorry I don’t have any cable at my house so I’ve been missing all of the news stories on it.
I know I can look it up online, however I thought it’d be much more convenient if someone could tell me how the crash & his infidelity are all connected in his or her own words. thanks!

We recently lost our garage to a fire and all of our important documents where stored in there. I know that the garage isn’t the greatest place to put important documents, but I ran out of room in the tiny house that I am renting. Anyway, one of the documents that I need are my divorce papers. Is there an easy online way where I can find copies of these?

I recently found out an ancestor divorced on the early 1900′s in the UK and I was wondering where I could find the documents to find out the cause etc.

I know they have it hard, but my mother is a codependent in an awful relationship with my father (he’s impossible to live with, but she’s put up with it for her own insecurities). She’s refused professional help, yet she always comes to me (usually me out of her children) to complain, and sometimes mention how she wants divorce. She never acts on it, and I sometimes wish she would so I didn’t have to hear it anymore. I’m just so tired of hearing it.

My credentials:
I have a 4.9/5.0 GPA. My weighted class rank is #1 though because I took extra honors classes during my sophomore year(I am a science wiz so I decided to take anatomy and physics). I recieved a 30 on my ACT(which I know is not up to par). I have made varsity tennis all of my years, varsity soccer for junior and senior year. I am involved in the following clubs/organizations: National Honor Society(Vice-President),Spanish Club(junior year-treasurer/secretary;senior year-president(?),Peer Mediation,Scholastic Bowl(quiz team),Spanish Honor Society, and Key Club(Secretary). I write well and am sure that I can get good recommendations and write a more than valid essay. I have helped at an elementary school carnival and a christmas present shopping for the red cross as my service to the community. I live in Illinois (difference?).If you could respond as to whether you think I have a shot, then that would be splendid(don’t sugarcoat) advice to improve is also appreciated!

My husband recently got out of the Army on a medical board. With that, he recieved a severance pay that is not taxable; however it is taxed at first for some reason (it is like this for all military separation pays). He receieved the pay last year, but his VA rating didn’t come back to us until after Jan. 1. Does anyone know how to file to receive these taxes back? I know, from other people who have had the same thing done, that we are going to receive the entire taxed amount back, but we just don’t know how to go about filing it and none of the professional tax places we have called have ever dealt with this. Anyone have any advice or has anyone gone through this before? Thank you!!!
